I had a good stay at Pucte Bacalar for 4 nights. the staff was amicable. the rooms were nice and well-equipped with a big bed, coffee/tea making machines, a dining area, and a writing table.

We didn't have time, so we also would return anytime. Have spent our 3 nights here lovely, it was perfect fit for our needs. The location of the property was the best and stunning, in the region. The staff was helpful and amicable, doing great job...

The room was beautiful and nice and had private bathroom plus coffee and tea making facilities, and glassware. The bed was big, a walk-in shower worked well. Our hotel was in a the best and exceptionally nice location on the lake.

Very lovely stay, as always.
